Rate limits and quotas
Per-second rate limits, the trial's monthly quota, and the headers that report both.
Two separate limits apply. A per-second rate limit
smooths bursts and answers 429
with a Retry-After
header. A monthly request quota
applies to the free trial only and answers 402 quota_exceeded
when it is used up; pay as you go has no request cap, only your credit.
